The meat is very tender and juicy, and each bowl feels artisanal. Carefully placed greens and great presentation. Definitely worth the little extra cash for a very satisfying meal. The bowls are single person servings, so if you're ordering for more, each needs their own.

SPICY WAGYU FLANK DON W/TOGARASHI is quite bland and not very spicy at all. The meat was overcooked and grainy because of it. The bowl was mostly rice.
The togarashi fries with TRUFF sauce are a bit misleading. I thought it would come with a side of sauce but apparently it's infused. Again, thanks to poor packaging the fries were extremely soggy.
At what they're charging, it's highway robbery.

Got usually get the Waygu Wagyu Meat Lover Donburi, and its always been great. However this time it blew it out of the park. The serving size usually is pretty standard but much to be desired for in terms of meat a $30 bowl. When I grabbed my bowl out of the bag it was noticeably heavy and when opened I was treated with a generous serving of various Waygu cuts cooked to perfection. The Waygu melts in your mouth and paired with the sauce and toppings it goes amazingly well. If the Waygu portions stay like this I would be be ordering regularly no questions.

So expensive for basically a big bowl of under seasoned rice with 2 pieces of very chewy meat. Takoyaki was packed without sauce even though it was requested, and was very bland. Do not recommend spending any money here.

The food smells amazing 👏🏾, love that they separated the egg, very clever so you can add it yourself. Beef thinly sliced and tender, black pepper sauce very tasty. My only complaint is that I ordered a white peach soda the restaurant advertised and I didn't receive it. :(
