After working in a high end bagel shop in college, I'm a complete bagel snob so I'm constantly in search for a suitable bagel shop in LA. This is hands down the best I've found - they don't skimp on shmear AND they have the option to scoop your bagel with no extra cost. SCOOP YOUR BAGELS PEOPLE or let H&H do it for you. You won't regret it.

Not only did they give us the incorrect bagels, but the Asiago bagels were burned. Also, the small cream cheese is SMALLLL. The price is misleading because you'd think $5 would get you more cream cheese, but it's basically good for 2 bagels. Adding the actual size instead small-medium-large would help.

We got the Spicy Sausage Egg & Cheese and Egg Whites & Avocado sandwiches and they were top notch. One of the better breakfast bagels we've tried!

Unfortunately, I ordered pepper jack cheese and was given American cheese in my bagel. Bagels are still good but not what I wanted :(

As a former H&H superfan, I was very disappointed with this bagel. Not the same as NYC.
