I had the fish sandwich for lunch today!!! OMG it was 2 large pieces of soft, tasty, fried perfect pieces of fish laid on top of 2 pieces of light bread 😉 I'm sorry I didn't take a picture before 1 of my 2 pieces down through there I'm saving the other piece for later 🫶
Hats off to the cook on July 9th, 2026 it was so good I told my daughter who orders from them often to tell her people I want to come by & punch them it was so good! 😂😂

We tried the Pork Chop Smothered in Onions and Gravy which was a battered, bone in pork chop and as described smothered in onion gravy. No need to add the extra gravy like I did because they give you plenty. I'm a gravy guy. My wife ordered and enjoyed the Country Fried Steak and gravy. The fried okra and corn nuggets were good. The Fried Green Tomatoes I personally would rate a 3 of 5 just because the batter on our order seemed just a tad bit thick, but good taste.

Omg! I've found my spot! Ordered the catfish with fried okra and sweet potato patties with cornbread. Blackberry cobbler for desert. The catfish and okra were both still hot (not warm) upon delivery. Patties were a bit on the sweet side but paired well with the saltiness of the okra and fish. The cornbread was meh - only took two bites of it. It was too dense for me. Portion size was great for price - will be ordering again.

Everything was awesome except the mac and cheese- it tasted very flat and bland.
Chicken and dressing was incredible and a huge portion!
We will absolutely order from H&T's again

Just tried H&T. There's a weird flavor in the stewed cabbage. Oregano, maybe? I'll definitely never order that again. The white gravy had no salt at all and no butter with the cornbread. The catfish wasn't worth $16. I won't order from them again.
