The sandwich was very good. The hamburger was cooked just the way I liked it. Maybe next time no lettuce, it can get a little soggy.. I really like that the sandwich was on toast hummm good.

We have gotten the classic family charbox the last couple times we've ordered and it's a great deal. This last time was particularly exceptional!everything was cooked really well and tasted great. The burgers were all"personalized" exactly as specified and the fries are always overflowing. Will definitely order again!

Size of sandwich was so small, not worth the price. Rip off. Smooshed bread and greasy. The fries have changed and were bland & burnt. Garlic Parmesan Fries, no flavor and burnt as well.

The food took too long to make, arrived lukewarm and although decent flavor, the burgers weren't that great and the portabella char was so small, the meal was just over priced. The delivery driver was quick but he sat way too long for the mediocre meal to be made.

Hamburger patty was so thin and tasteless, if fell apart. Requested no pink and got a lot of pink. Had more sourdough then meat. I usually love the onion rings but this time they were so well done I couldn't taste the onion. Really disappointed this time.
