The BBQ Chicken Salad only had a few pieces of chicken and was missing the cheese and BBQ sauce. The Cheesy Street Corn Tots were way too spicy, I couldn't eat them. The whole meal was a disappointment

This BBQ Chicken Salad is delicious
but it's not cheap. Every time I order it something is missing. Often it's the cheese, one of my favorite parts. Today it was the onion straws, which is also one of my favorite things. It ruins the salad for me

the Regular Drink was flat and did not taste good and for $3.99 I was disappointed as I didn't finish it. my Tempura Green Beans were cold on the inside. And i added pickles/grilled onions to my Chicken Club and got no pickles or onions on it :(

our entire order was not correct. the four burgers we ordered were all wrong, with onions and pickles when asked for none. also the burger buns were soggy like mush. the beef patty tasted old and fatty, very dry and not seasoned. I am so disappointed in the entire order which cost $42.00. the quality was incredibly poor today. I would like someone to respond to me and provide a refund. at this point I will not return to this store, unless something will be done for service recovery. thank you for your time.
