Burgers are delicious. I go with just plain, but that is great! The chicken bites are awesome! Bit spicy but crunchy and fresh meat. Breen beans are perfection-crisp, fresh and perfectly seasoned.
BIG on customer service-very professional and helpful. They are happy to help out and everybody was smiling, place was neat and clean.

The food was eh. The Patty itself was extremely overcooked i felt like i bit into a cardboard. The season tastes a lot like burger king.. even the fries. I'd expected a lot more freshness given this is more expensive than Burger King.

The French Fries and Onion Rings were good and not soggy,so we were very happy about that. The Extra Chicken and Santa Barbara Cobb made a full, healthy meal. The Charburger with Cheese and Santa Barbara Char Meal were filling and delicious. will order from here again.

I wish I can post a picture of the 10 piece crispy chicken tenders. It is not like the picture they post on the menu… I literally got one decent sized chicken tender, and the rest were like crumbs... basically like popcorn chicken. I was pretty disappointed. Overall, the rest of the food was good.

I accidentally made a mistake on the options where it subbed out the bread with lettuce. I was hungry and ordered 4, i now have approximately a full head of lettuce being represented as bread across four burgers. ( it was still really good nonetheless)
