The Santa Barbara Char was insanely good. Basically like having 2 sandwiches. Massive. The 5 pcs Crispy Chicken Bites were okay, but probably not going to order those again. Overall, I am a huge fan of this place and am consistently surprised with the quality.

To be honest the bogo on their Charburger with Cheese is a crazy good deal. That being said they are tasty burgers. You can tell they're using better ingredients. Also, the Onion Rings were excellent and they offer extra crispy on their French Fries. Would definitely order again!

HIGHLY Recommend the Teriyaki Char it is hands down 10 times better than the Red Robin bonsai burger and half the price!! if I could physically eat 12 of these I would. the Onion Rings were crispy and fresh, not a single soggy one. Caesar was exactly as expected and I was able to add avocado to it for a fair price. 11/10 will eat again

Santa Barbara Cobb was amazing! Had the juicest charbroiled chicken taste and bacon was cooked to perfection! Greens were all crisp and fresh and the hard boile eggs were tender and good. Homemade ranch was bomb ans they gave an excellent avocado ratio and it wasn't too ripe! Will be my new favorite

It was fine, but nothing special, though the prices are pretty good compared to similar restaurants. The 5 pcs Crispy Chicken Bites were pleasantly juicy. The Portabella mushrooms on the Portabella Char were a little tough it would have been better if they were sliced or chopped. The Onion Rings were your standard onion rings. Everything was hot and fresh when delivered. I probably won't order from here again, but just because there are other burger places I prefer.
