The bun on this burger was so stale and hard that it was completely inedible. There is no way the person who made this didn't know it BUT used it anyways. It's an $11 burger - do better. I was able to get a refund.

Grilled cheese was greasy and luke warm at best.
The fries were requested extra crispy and they were hard and undercooked. This food is way too expensive to be so bad. Normally they are great - but this is just awful.

The hamburgers were delicious and prepared as ordered. However our two order of onion ring ( $ 9.00 worth). We're so over cooked and burnt there wasn't and edible way to eat them. I can't believe they were allowed to leave the kitchen.
Very disappointed .

Food looked like it had been sitting there for an hour. Fries looked super old and sad. Burger was not the best. I don't know what happened to this food, but it was not what I was expecting. Probably won't be ordering again.
