My lunch was totally disappointing I ordered a Santa Cruz and got some type of beef sandwich. The chicken club was unique My order of fries and rings; I would have been embarrassed to charge that amount for what we got. Barely a handful. The shakes were great. When I addressed this issue, I was give a credit of $3.14. Not even enough to cover the sandwich I didn't get.

I ordered the chicken bites for my hangry kid through DoorDash and received 1 piece...1 piece!
I called the store but apparently they do not provide help, just refer to a website where you have to fill out personal information and hope they call you back eventually

Don't order pickup or DoorDash they will do drive through instead of working on your order that you got confirmed 10 minutes ago compared to someone who drives up 3 mins ago , the fries were great though

The Santa Barbara Charburger came out great and was cooked perfectly. Apple Pie Shake shake was delicious! The Crispy Chicken Sandwich on Ciabatta was yummy along with the Vanilla Shake.

Salad didn't come with dressing on it. The fried green beans came with 6 pieces and that's it. For how much money it costs, food should be WAY better quality.
