• 5/16/22Santa Barbara char is one of the best burgers around, especially for a chain. Sweet potato fries are killer too. Everyone always raves about their shakes as well. Highly recommended.

• 1/22/26The food was delicious! The bbq bacon cheese char was great! This place is probably my favorite burger place. Also the tempura green beans are the best! I also had some sweet potato fries and a strawberry shake and both were very tasty as well! Only issue I had was they missed a fry sauce and the straw for the shake. Other than that, everything was perfect. Would definitely order again.

• 3/8/25Food was good, but the order was missing a thing of fries. For $4.99, it's quite a bit to miss out on an order. Additionally, the store phone number is not a valid number. So, I couldn't call to get a refund.
