Everything we had was hot, fresh and delicious. The Tempura Green Beans are so good, we order two. excellent food. They are usually fine, but today we ordered at prime lunch time so it took a little longer because they are worth the wait. Might sound silly, but the way they pack the food is perfect. Nothing smashed, the Onion Rings & Fries were not falling out, received plenty of dressing. 10/10 . Already ordered twice this week, Charburger with Cheese , 5 pcs Crispy Chicken Bites the best! 😋yum

Old burger! Like a hockey puck. Small and flat! I get great food from the one in Granada Hills. Must be this location. Too bad. I just moved to the area and used to order from them frequently.

Burger came soggy. Charging $2.50 for microwaved bacon and only giving two slivers is crazy. Tasted like fast food, but worse. No flavor, no quality,

I got a steak sandwich which they cut in half automatically but the problem is one half of the sandwich 90% of the meat and the other half has the remaining 10%. It was more lettuce and tomato than meat which tasted awful when hexpecting steak. On top of waiting over 30minutes for the order. Won't be ordering that again.

Paid for extra ranch and they forgot to include it. The Santa Barbara Char Meal was extremely salty all around and the lettuce in the Santa Barbara Cobb was not cut in regular chunks, the pieces were very big.
