Instructions were not followed. Patty was rare, not Well done as requested. The patty was so rare that the cheese didn't all melt since it was too cold. The bread was toasted great. There was also regular mayo though I requested light Mayo. Haven't had all of this happen from Habit Burger before.

The double char was extra charred and the half order of Onion Rings & Fries came with only 3 onion rings.
