• 4/13/25The burger not remotely close to pictures, very little burger and avocado almost all bread. Was hoping for opposite. Chicken bites overly breaded and cruncy. Fries were fine. Find it deporable these restaurants that want to charge high prices yet not put adequate portions. Will not be ordering from here again.

• 3/6/26Baja Crispy Fish was thinner than expected, especially when more expensive than the wild caught tuna which i usually order. Otherwise items seemed fresh, good taste, and my purchase included the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and the Onion Rings & Fries. Would order again with deals, as most fast food is getting priced too high so my number of orders overall is decreasing.

• 11/16/25Santa Barbara Cobb was fresh, tasted great, and larger portion than I expected, would definitely order again especially because it is healthy and filling at the same time. Ahi Tuna Filet in a lettuce wrap is also very healthy since I like to eat seafood a couple times per week, and appreciated being wild line caught.

• 6/14/26The salads I ordered were supposed to be meal-sized salads, which I paid for, but they were actually the size of a side salad, especially the Ceasar salads. As if they're not already small enough, with no chicken & meager toppings as it is (& the company having shrunk their containers from the big bowls they used to have), I was very disappointed to find that they didn't even fill the containers, which were barely half full. After spending $75 on salads, I still had to go to the store & spend even more money to buy more lettuce, parmesan cheese, & croutons to fill the salads out myself. Either the company makes them under-serve people now for higher prices (shrinkflation) or the person who made them just didn't care & took no pride in their work/the product they serve. Either way, what I received was pathetic for what I paid. Those salads should not be featured as meal salads on their menu, they should be featured as side salads only & for half the frikin price for how little you get.

• 2/13/23Burger size was smaller than recall from past, had to search under other ingredients to make sure burger was included. And this after recent price increases. Parmesan garlic fries very light on parmesan. Saving on costs is reducing quality.
