I request napkins and they never send any. Staying in a hotel, this is extremely problematic. The food is good even though weirdly placed on the sandwich and the add ons that you pay extra for are sparse, (only 2 slices of mushroom & 1 slice of bacon, but delicious when found.
I think this is one of the best burgers anywhere but it should be more fun & less problematic, like rebuilding the sandwich without napkins. Good fries & onion rings, but again, weird scantily split. In combo order, only 3 small onion rings & over abundant fries. I will always order again anyway& hope for the best.

They didn't make the sandwiches the same. There was no meat through the whole sandwich one sandwich had 2pc of bacon that weren't freshly cooked and hard and the other was super greasy and they cut them into 4pcs instead of 2 halves. I wouldn't order again unless I'm in person and tell them how I want it made. They are never consistent at this location

My salad was Amazing! I had a side of red balsamic dressing -every bite had chicken & bacon. You wont be disappointed, go get one. Thank me later!!!

The food was still hot when delivered and it wa really yummy and freshly made. Love the Santa Barbara Char! I added bacon and it was very delicious. I also got a sidelf ranch to dip the fries in and its the best ranch! The Charburger with Cheese is hella good taste just like an in n out burger!

We asked for extra crispy fries. They were wilted like a flower on oct. the food looked sad, was cold and 10/10 would not recommend. Also, I get inflation, but the size of my husbands burger was laughable. It was like they confused it with the childs size.
