I love that my order is neatly packed and sealed. Food is always yummy esp the onion rings and fries, are always crispy.

We just discovered Habit Burger & Grill last year, and have tried 5 different locations.
The welcoming service, whether dining in or take out, is such a relief after traveling for long periods of time, and starving to death. The consistency of the food, selection, great portions, taste, reasonable prices and cleanliness of each location, makes it an easy and happy choice for our family.
Especially impressive, is the exceptional and reliable service received at all the locations we have frequented. We just visited the location in Clarksburg, CA on Delta Shores. Grace was particularly cheerful, with such exceptional and personable customer service skills, taking extra steps to make sure our takeout order had napkins, utensils, straws, and double checked we had everything correct in our order. After driving for many hours and the late hour, having someone take care of us in this manner without asking is just Heaven.
We'd also like to thank the awesome staff at Fruitvale Station in Oakland, CA, for their awesome and very friendly service.
With our heartfelt thanks, Habit Grill for making our travels so much easier. It feels like you're our neighbors, and my family actually cheered this last time we saw the Habit Burger & Grill lighted sign! Lol!

Used to be stellar, now ... okay. Still fresh ingredients, prepared completely, and seasoned well. I'd now compare it to a State Park or city zoo cafe. The packaging is careful and appropriate. I appreciate The Habit people; clearly they have less to work with than when I discovered them. They still perform, anyway.

Everything was done correctly and arrived fresh and warm. We were extremely happy to actually get the sides of ranch dressing we ordered & paid for; plus, they finally FILLED those ranch cups for a change (for months, it was about a 1/2 tsp, at best) . Thank you, Habit!

sirloin steak sandwich was not adjusted properly to what i put in my order. the meat also had a sour taste and the cheese looked grayish brown.
