Awesome sushi for super reasonable prices. Fresh fish rolls are surprisingly generous and fresh. Not as big a fan of the spicy rolls, but might be personal preference. The shrimp tempura roll is consistently good, and the Alaskan roll and oshinko rolls are very generous. Also the tako yaki (called something different on the menu) is always a hit!

Haiku is easily the best Japanese I've had in MN recently! Everything tasted fresh, and authentic even down to the surprisingly oishii Miso Soup that came with their top-spot Yaki dishes. The presentation is thoughtful and creative like Yellowtail Ceviche served within a hollowed orange, and clean meets colorful even down to the garnishes.

Best Yaki Udon and yaki Yaki Soba I've found in the twin cities! Both the taste and texture are spot on. You can really taste the buckwheat in the Soba noodles for that awesome nutty earthy flavor, and the Udon noodles have that distinctive chew that you want in good Udon.

This Japanese Bistro is a hidden gem near me. All there food is delicious. No difference for delivery— the food was plentiful and wonderfully prepared. Plating the food for dinner was a joy. Sauces were all separate from items, nothing soggy, really crunchy.
Katsu Chicken and Jumbo Prawn Tempura were really awesome. The Gyoza light and savory. Something I can rarely find in a form I like is seaweed salad, but it was delicious, also not soggy.
I also got some Unagi sushi, and it was heaven

The food is amazing. They care about quality. They fried rice has a delicious hibachi taste. The chicken, another home run. Thank you for the delicious food. Haiku chefs are artists.
My guy really loved the Sushi. Everything fresh and tasty. 🙏👏👏
