Been eating Ramen in Jersey, this is the best, delicious, Katsu tastes so good!!! The serving is a lot good for 2. Food especially the broth is really hot and tasty. Just order extra rice for the Katsu. TheyWe'packaging  were nice too no leak, and super presentable. We're in the hotel, that's why pic does look good we dont have enough space in the table.

Hakata is always so great to us, the food remains consistent and never disappoints. My favorite is R1. Hakata Ramen . I recently tried this with udon, and the noodle's texture was good, but they tasted watered down. It's probably best to let them soak in the broth for a while. Regarding portion sizes, with R1 they're good for a meal but personally I find lots of leftover broth and not enough noodles. This is a personal preference, however! If you're someone who prefers more noodles over broth, order a side of extra ramen/udon. Also, their X10. Mochi is phenomenal!! The strawberry is my favorite. If you add a special request or order in person, you can usually get one of each flavor. Phenomenal restaurant, we order at least twice a month. This place keeps us going!

best ramen in quincy. my personal favorite is R1. Hakata Ramen, you can ask for anything on the side and they will do exactly that EVERY TIME. my family and I order from here at least once a month, its so flavorful, fresh, delicious, and has an option for everyone.

also, R1. Hakata Ramen with just broth and noodles is 100% picky eater approved 👌

I got the katsudon, and it was incredibly delicious! Fresh, generous portion (enough to have some for later) and so good it brought tears to my eyes. Satisfied my cravings and more, 10/10 would recommend.

The flavors were great, however, the ajitama eggs were over boiled which makes the yoke hard and powdery. These eggs should get a 7 min boil then an immediate ice bath which produces the correct cook for this ajitama egg. I know you guys know how to make them right. Let's see that happen. 

Additionally, paying $20 for a bowl a ramen you would think they would provide better quality chop sticks. They have the cheapest ones you can get that splinter and break really easily. Do better guys. 
Other than those two things, the ramen was delicious and had great flavor.
