The Philly cheesesteak and Italian beef were the wurst I've ever experienced. The Italian beef was dryer than the desert and flavorless. The Philly cheesesteak came with very little meat, at least a full cup of cheese sauce poured all over and spilling out of the container - the bread was soggy and burnt and the sandwich had no flavor. The fries came burnt and we pretty much just threw our $42 order in the trash. Everything was gross and inedible. Will not be ordering from this place ever again.

Catfish nuggets 1/2 lb were huge and soggy, but most importantly they tasted like the inside of a fish tank. The Double smash burger was decent but for the price should come with fries at least

This burger is not worth $10! I oreded this and hoped it would have lettuce and tomato, no brainer because in the add /don't add ingredient box they did haves box to check for no tomato and no lettuce which I didn't check!
The bag didn't have any ketchup or napkins.
2 one patty burger $20!?! And fries another $10 - complete rip off!
The patty's were flat as paper.
Never will I buy it again.

Honestly! This is one ofthe most delicious restaurants in Chicago! The Single smash burger is a must!! And the Chicken Philly is very juicy! Highly recommended.

Burgers and mozz sticks were decent, onion rings and fries were pretty cold which is more dashers issue than the restaurant's. Milkshake did not hit :(. Low on the list for re-ordering.
Worth mentioning that our mozz sticks came with a spoiled marinara sauce.
