I decided to try this place over Tsunami and was not disappointed. The Cobra Kai was delicious. The jalapeno aioli on it was less spicy than I would have liked but still very good. They didn't overload it with sauces like a lot of places seem to do. The Gyoza is great. I wish they offered a pan fried option though.

I would have never guessed that you could get a great Ribeye steak (10oz) from a ramen restaurant. Well, now I know that you definitely can. The steak was cooked to perfection and was bursting with that one of a kind ribeye flavor! Highly recommend!

I'm giving it a 5 star, but it wasn't perfect. However, it was the best I've had in Utah county, better than tsunami.
Starting with the negative, didn't like the Seaweed salad, it had a very thick sweet dressing. Similar to what you get if you buy it frozen from a Japanese grocery. The miso was fine if not distinctive, just what you'd expect.
Otherwise, the sushi was beautifully packed and presented. Delivery is not the best way to get sushi, but this was extremely well done. Each roll was nicely crafted abs the distinctive flavors of each element came through. The fish was very fresh and flavorful.
I would tell you my favorite roll, but I'm not 100% sure which one it was. However nothing disappointed

Once we found out that Hamachi was open we choose to dine here over Tsunami that is across the street! Every roll we get is so flavorful and consistently high quality! And they're open every day of the week! 10/10

Aside from the pork, the ramen was shockingly bland. No umami to be found anywhere. Stuffed shishito were better without the tuna and the dipping sauce was very unappetizing. Yakisoba was too sweet. Very disappointing meal
