Uni is one of my guilty pleasures. I've ordered it from only 3 places in town; place 1 makes my soul cry because their uni is occasionally superior but they don't have it regularly, place 2 has it all the time but it is overly briny, then Hamachi has it consistently and it is just shy of being the best urchin to grace my mouth. This is my first time ordering Stuffed shishito and I'll do it over and over again. I'm savoring the rest of my order as I'm typing this review. Next time I'll ask, and offer to pay, for more sliced lemon because even the lemon is delightful. I am thoroughly pleased with tonight's supper.

Ordered the TONKOTSU RAMEN and Gyoza. The noodles were thin and had perfect consistency. The broth was thick and rich. The eggs and pork belly were perfectly cooked and everything was delicious. The Gyoza were crispy and hot. Outstanding all around.

Honestly always top quality! The flavors are set up perfectly and every time I get sushi from here I'm reminded of how happy food can make you. Everything is fresh and there is time and quality put into each roll. I'm never disappointed when I order from here.

Not so great. The portion sizes are small and the flavors aren't so great. We ordered the Tombo Sashimi, Green Hornet, Cobra Kai, Executive, Spicy tuna, and Crispy Tuna Tartare and none of it wowed us. The chopsticks they provided were so cheap. For the prices they charge, they should at least not splinter. Very disappointing for the price.

Major inconsistency in the agedashi tofu. The first time I ordered it for delivery it was fresh, very crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. This time I made two orders of the agedashi tofu because my previous order was so delicious. The outside wasn't even fried. It was white mush. I was very disappointed as this is one of my favorite simple dishes from Hamachi.
