• 10/19/22My favorite item is the Crab Rangoon!! They're so big and worth the money! I hate the small ones you get at other restaurants with little crab and cream cheese. The calamari is also very good! My go to roll is the deep fried cream cheese roll!

• 9/21/25ordered the chicken lo mein from Hana Sushi Ramen and it was absolutely delicious! The noodles were perfectly cooked — tender with just the right amount of chew — and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. The vegetables were fresh and added a nice crunch, and the sauce tied everything together with a savory, slightly sweet flavor that wasn’t too heavy or greasy. The portion size was generous, making it great for sharing or saving some for later. Overall, it was comforting, satisfying, and full of flavor — definitely a dish I’d order again.

• 12/28/22The fried rice wasn't bad but a little too greasy. The calamari wasn't good at all. There were only 5 pieces for $11 I just thought it would be an actual appetizer size, they were way overcooked and the breading is bad. Paid way too much for the quality of food we received.

• 1/5/25The Takoyaki was alright, but I hadnt tried it before so I have nothing to compare it to. The Tonkotsu Ramen had a phenomenal broth but the additional pork was terrible. It tasted like they cooked it long ago and just seared the top with a blow torch before serving it. It tasted like chemicals. They either did not give me the correct item or the Tuna Roll is entirely different than whats pictured. What I got was just tuna, rice, and seaweed. The tuna had an off mix of fishy and chlorinated taste. Ended up just throwing it away. The RAMUNE appeared to be a real import but these things can be faked. Really a toss up.
I will not eat here again under any circumstances. All of my above criticism would honestly be acceptable for a place in Shelbyville if it wasn't for the price. Some things on the menu are outrageous. This isnt Indianapolis and you aren't Fujiyamas.

• 4/6/23After seeing good reviews for this place and their crab rangoons I was very excited to try them... unfortunately I felt like they were a waste of money. The filling itself was good... but they had very little of the filling in them it was mostly air inside. The one thing I felt was pretty good and worth the money was the chicken tempura. The chicken and vegetables were tasty. The Eel avocado roll and beef lo mein were also good but honestly you can find better sushi and lo mein elsewhere in Shelbyville. I'd like to give this place one more try for their ramen but as far as first impressions go I was left very disappointed.
