OMG!!!!! This ice cream is so good, that I am not sharing it with anybody. They are going to have to go and get their own. Cotton Candy is my favorite and chocolate. That is going to be my next order. If you are interested in homemade Pint ice cream this is the spot for you. I know it's my favorite spot.

I absolutely LOVE this place!Their ice cream is so creamy and yummy. My favorite is birthday cake. Omg it's addicting!But I was very disappointedwith this batch. I was craving it so bad that I paid 16 bucks for a pint of it! Rhe flavor was amazing like usual but there was only a tiny bit of frosting in it and i don't know if there were any sprinkles in it. I was super disappointed. It was pretty much just the cake batter ice cream but that's not what I wanted! I still love this place though 🩷

Handels has the absolute best ice cream in the Columbus area,in my opinion. Very creamy,with bold flavors. I wish we could get quart size containers of it! Salty Caramel Truffle is my favorite, but every flavor I have purchased is quite satisfactory. My only place to get superior quality,fresh churned ice cream.

For the second time in a row, the cake cone was so stale. Disappointing and not tasty.
Someone put the hot fudge on top of the to-go ice cream order, and the ice cream melted very badly before it could be delivered. The hot fudge should have been in a separate container.
The ice cream was running out of the plastic cup and onto my kitchen counter, and I needed to clean the cup and the counter.
Again, disappointing. However, the ice cream and fudge were delicious but somewhat of a mess. This could have been prevented. The order should have been packaged better.
I hesitate to place another to-go order due to stale cake cones and the little mess tonight on my counter and all over the container the ice cream was in.
You have a good product, but the customer service has room for improvement. The staff is sweet. Perhaps, training for to-go orders would prevent some of these issues and dissatisfied customers.

The hurricane was yummy (like a blizzard but better), but the Knot Your Average Dough...INSANE. It's the pretzel ripple that elevates it. 10/10 would order again. And again. And again.
