Once again, the staff is not trained properly to make "Chocolate Covered Strawberry Hurricanes"--no chocolate pieces---the strawberries were not covered in chocolate when they were added to the vanilla ice cream. This has happened multiple times, so I keep a supply of chocolate pieces to add. You would think the manager would check an order that is over $150

I ordered a hurricane and paid extra for double butterfinger and Reese's. There was no butterfinger or Reese's in it, just a big cup of vanilla ice cream and this was the 2nd time this happens.

Caution: Taste first, order second.
Ordered the Orange Dream and it was immediately disappointing. For those unfamiliar it's vanilla ice cream mixed with orange sherbet. They obviously mixed it up with their mint ice cream because the entire thing tasted like a peppermint patty.
