Very filling for main and side. Delicious
Chicken Karaage however lacks the marinade that is essential to the typical karaage: including soy sauce, mirin, sugar garlic and ginger.
Rice bowl and salad is perfectly distributed with sweetness of corn, slaw and pickled ginger.
The texture was quite off as the crisp was lost from the steam.
About Bacon and Egg
Flavourful with Filipino sweetness of bacon and the roll.
Wish there was two bacon that is rendered to crispiness and overeasy egg had a bit of runnyness.
Barbecue fries are flavourful, like potato corner if seasoned moderately
