Japchae and sundubujjigae were good. Bossam/pork belly was too chewy, should be simmered longer. The portions are big, but I'd rather have bigger portions of side dishes and smaller portions of the main dishes.

the meat in the gamja tang was tough and not the usual fall off the bone. also the rice cakes were mushy.
