Always love these rolls!! the spicy Spicy Salmon Roll is flavorful and has a kick, but never too strong. The Negihama with jalapeno is simple but delicious (and affordable), and the Salmon Skin Roll is just out of this world with flavor and texture. This is my perfect idea of a delicious and healthy dinner, I just wish I could have it more often.

#9 with strawberries is our favorite. Udon is awesome and enough for 2 full meals. Staff is friendly, food is consistently great. We usually try a new dish and we've never been disappointed. This is the only sushi place we'll go in Boulder.

I wish I'd taken a pic before i started eating, but the Beef Udon is incredible!! The beef is tender and juicy, noodles are fresh and bouncy, bok choy in perfect bite size pieces, this is the perfect pick me up meal!! huge amount of food too!

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The sushi was poorly prepared — the pieces were cut extremely small and felt more like scraps than proper rolls. The fish did not taste fresh. Plus there was an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise on many of the rolls, masking any natural flavor that might have been there.
Overall, everything tasted bland and lacked balance. Sushi should highlight the freshness of the fish and the quality of the rice, but unfortunately this missed the mark completely. I won’t be returning.
