We were very happy with our order, best Chinese food in Hollister. I particularly loved the Tofu with Family Style 蔬菜豆腐, it had great flavor and all of the veggies were fresh and cooked to perfection. We also got Vegetables Chow Mein 蔬菜炒麵 and String Bean Beef 四季豆牛 . Would definitely order all of these dishes again.

The Egg Rolls for around $5 for two was a great deal, these ate choice egg roll. Crispy on the outside, ample filling of cabbage and savory vegetables...I would definitely order these again. One didnt mae it home:)
The $20 Fish Fillet withBlackBeanSauce 豉汁魚片 is amazing for the price. Delicious fish pieces perfectly sized, the cut on the zucchini is a fine slice on the bias- i can tell the chef takes pride in their work. The black bean sauce is as expected- a bit salty at the fost bite the bitter black bean ferment in the background, earthy, delicious and rich. Im guessing the fillet pieces wete lightly coated in corn starch then stir fried. The texture is amazing. Melts in your mouth.
I forget the price of my Foiled Wrapped Chicken(6) 紙包雞(6), foesnt mayter. They ARE SO DELICIOUS! I sit in the parking lot and eat them wih chopsticks. They dont mar it home:). All i can say is XIE XIE chefs!!

I love happy cafe their Chicken Chow Mein(L) 鸡炒麵(午) always hits the spot! They give you a well good portion of food not to mention they also give you crab ragoons and chips with the lunch special. If you ever dine in I recommend their hot tea so good and fresh! Will get you fuller faster though.

Eat here at least once a week and their food in always flavorful, hot and plenty of it! Super nice people waiting in you and friendly at the cash register if you're getting it to go! Definitely The Best Chinese food in Hollister
