Happy Garden is my GO TO !  It is so flavorful and awesome. The service is great. The food is so solid. It has the BEST hot and soup ive ever tasted. 
Even better than Din Tai Fung!

I always feel iffy on this place in all honesty. Their Orange Chicken / breading is always really soggy in my opinion and the meat is dry for the price of the food I don't think it's worth it. It's not the worst don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't spend $50 again for 3 items here again. The quantity is worth the price you pay I will definitely say that is good, but the product isn't fully worth it in my opinion. The Potstickers were good along with the Chowmain because anything is better than Pandas no offense lol. I'd give it a thumbs up if you aren't picky with Orange Chicken or food overall because then I think youll might like it but I'm a picky eater and I've heard from other that it's not their favorite place either to get Chinese food.

The food was delicious and a really nice portions. 
I asked for my 62. Mongolian Beef蒙古 not to be too spicy and they made it the perfect spicy amount. So glad, they do their best. 
The honey 6. Honey Walnut Prawns核桃虾 was also very good. 
Hot and 13. Hot & Sour Soup酸辣汤 also delicious, not too spicy
Food arrived hot.   Not the first time I order from them and for sure not te last one.

Flavor is delicious on all the food.. just a little disappointed on the amount of actual protein to veg ratio. It's about 30/70. The lunch special is a great deal tho that's why I am giving 4 stars. Would order that again but not the scallop's.

11. Mongolian Chicken (White Meat)(L)蒙古鸡片 BEST CHICKEN EVER! I would absolutely eat this again<3 Spicy flavorful chicken with fried rice and a crispy fresh soda. 10/10!!!
