Last two times ordering, the waffles were subpar— too crunchy and all broken apart in the package.

We usually order the classic brown sugar tea, expecting the good taste we always get. Unfortunately, not this time. The tapioca was not fully cooked and it tasted terrible. It was the worst boba I've tasted so far. I did not drink this.

The Half & Half Bubble Waffle (Half Original & Half Choco) was very good even though sometimes it doesnt come half & half. The K2. Mango Matcha Smoothie (L) is super yummy however I don't think they properly cook their boba as it's very hard and sometimes clumps up which usually means they didnt cook or rest it long enough.
