I loved my experience with Happy Monday, both times! The first time I ordered Beef Pho(It is labeled wrong in the photos, Sorry!)! The food was fresh, flavorful, and excellent quality. The Thai fried rice was absolutely delicious, well seasoned, satisfying, and full of flavor! The summer rolls were fresh and made the perfect addition to the meal. Everything tasted like it was prepared with care, and the portions were a great value for the price. I also really appreciate having a local Thai restaurant that delivers consistent quality. The food arrived packaged nicely and was just as enjoyable at home as I hoped it would be. Happy Monday has definitely earned a spot on my list of local favorites. I’ll absolutely be ordering again and would recommend them to anyone looking for delicious Thai food! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The PAD WOON SEN was phenomenal as per usual, and the PAD THAI was just as good🔥🔥we got a hefty portion of both noodles which I love because I get to have leftovers for later 😁fresh, hot, and tasty would definitely order again! side note- spring SPRING ROLLS (3) were crispy and come with my favorite dipping sauce the Thai Sweet Chili

the best food I had around here in a long time ! we had PHOLO MEINFRIED POT STICKERS (5)STEAMED DUMPLINGS (5)SUMMER ROLLS (2) and the flavors MOUTHWATERING!!! portions are big enough to make you full and you can taste the fresness, even my kids enjoyed it a lot ! they really made my Monday Happy!!!

Happy Mondays is always a hit in our house. My kids love the HONEY CHICKEN (KID), and the KHAO SOI is my absolute favorite dish there. It can be a little spicy even without added spice, so take the at into consideration, but it is the best ! The family that owns the shop is always so nice and accommodating when we eat at the restaurant. They're a business worth supporting. The food is always consistent and fresh, prices are fair for large portions, and boba teas are always good! Highly recommend for those in the area, or those traveling to the area. We haven't found many restaurants we love since moving from Washington state, but this spot is our go to for nights out. Try it, you won't regret it!
