My Traditional Spring Rolls / Gỏi Cuốn was missing the pork and the lettuce was iceberg and wilted. Shrimp was so tough. The Hue Style Soup was nothing like BBH, it was just pho and was bad pho at that. Wrong veggies for it too.

Not good flavor, the soup was cold, and beef bowl portion was too small. The chicken felt like it was still raw and not fully cooked

Wow. I am a huge pho person and this might be my new favorite.it's amazing. Great flavor and the portions are perfect.
