Happy's Bayou Bites

A traditional Louisiana style submarine sandwich served on French bread and 'dressed' with lettuce, tomato, pickle, duke's mayo and remoulade sauce.

Choose one of the above, lose the bread and add a side - kinda like a salad.

Made from scratch and full of chicken, andouille sausage, okra and the 'holy trinity' of vegetables, onion, green pepper and celery. Served over rice.

Slow cooked and perfectly spiced red beans served over rice.

Sautéed shrimp cooked in a spicy tomato sauce and served over rice.

A link of grilled sausage cut into 'bites' and served with creole mustard.

Traditional rice and pork sausage made into a snacky ball and deep fried.

Traditional muffaletta soughdough bread layered with olive salad, capicola ham, salami, mortadella, mozzarella and provolone cheese. We put a little tampa spin on it and press it. Choice of zapp's potato chips, 'gumbo' potato salad or hush puppies.
