My first order was delivered to the wrong address. Hard Rock made the order again. I received it, and it was sooo good , the wings were crispy (ordered sauce on the side) ,fries were crispy- whole thing awesome...Thank you for great service Hard Rock cafe, food and service was above and beyond!

Burgers were extremely greasy. So it's good if you like yours like that. The "loaded" cheese fries are literally just regular fries with shredded cheese on them. None of the other stuff they advertise on it. It was also really small. We asked for extra condiments over the phone and they said no problem but we didnt get any of them. Overall just overpriced and not great

We also called to get extra condiments and they told us no problem but we literally didn't get any that we asked for over the phone. Overall just overpriced and not great

Placed an order on Doordash for pickup since i'm right aroundthe corner. The pickup time was incorrect, had to wait awkwardly at the stairs since they have no true waiting area. Servers were nice and the Legendary Smash Burger was good, but the seasoned fries that come with the burger had no existence of seasoning.Make sure you ask for extra condiments, only had 1 ketchup in the bag.

Happy Octoberfest. Proset. Octoberfest weinersnitzel wunderbar. Octoberfest Pretzels tasty with sauces very complimentary. Ready for the Chicken Dance song and Eine bier.
