The southwest chicken flatbread is awesome. The one that comes with Roma tomatoes becomes too moist and soggy and does not do the trick. Any salmon I've gotten from this particular Hard Rock Cafe has been delicious no fishy smell well seasoned with a little side of Lemon. It's been a home run and their steak is delicious. Also, I love their salads.

I don't know who cooks the meat, but $21 for a Steak Salad for it to come looking like an unseasoned roadkill is ridiculous. I said medium rare and got microwaved on high for 5 minutes. Joke.
