Ordered Biscuit 'N' Gravy™ and they are the best. Biscuits were hot fluffy and delicious gravey was hot and perfect amount of sausage. I never go wrong when it comes to ordering from Hardee's

Did not receive the fries that came with combo!
Only received the crispy curls that I ordered separately! Also had a surcharge of 7.61 don't know what that was for. Unless I was charged for the dipping sauce, which is ridiculous!! Otherwise chicken was good crispy and hot!

I order a large combo just to get a large drink and no matter how many times I order a large, they continue to give me a medium drink. Even on the receipt it says large combo and medium drink. Why am I being up charged .29 cents extra for a large drink for the large combo when I only get a medium drink? Either give me a large or don't advertise Large.

The pic is suppose to be a Big Hot Ham & Cheese.
There no big about it looks like a classic to me.
Thi is the second time this has happened. The first
I thought maybe I had ordered wrong. This time I checked my receipt & it says big h&c. I called & was told what she placed in the bag was a big one. Im very disappointed.
