Biscuit was not fresh and very little gravy - barely covered biscuit halves

Ive had to stop ordering the sausage & gravy biscuit since they changed it. Used to be thick and delicious but they apparently water it down now. Its like gravy-flavored water, and very little flavor. Seriously, it sloshes around in the cup. Nasty.

Why offer the sausage gravy and cheddar hash rounds when you don't receive what you order?? False advertisement and I paid extra for plain hashrounds

The French were cold. The cinnamon rolls were so hard you couldn't eat them. The chicken 5 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ Combo were so hard and like they had been warmed up all day.

i have ordered from hardee's multiple times, and every single time the orders are never correct. they always forget a meal or a side or SOMETHING. i hope they resolve this in the future but i don't recommend.
