Drink was small was supposed to be a large but other than that all was good ✅ chicken 5 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ Combo were hot and fresh!

The shakes did not come with order, Dasher says Hardees did not have the icecream to make them. So why did Hardees not remove the charge ? instead wanting me to contact door dash to have charges removed knowing they did not send the items. The orange juice did not even come with the order either.
The frisco breakfast sandwiches were depressing to even look at maybe one egg, and 3 paper thin pieces of ham and the cheese maybe a half a slice each,
there was a silver dollar sized glob of the cheese in between the 1 egg and skimpy
ham slices.

Come on Hardee's, you used to have excellent breaded chicken sandwiches. Today, I received what looked like two burnt chicken fingers broken up and shoved in a bun and drowned in mayo. Didn't get the cheese I requested. All I could taste was burned chicken and mayo. Really disappointing.

I was surprised that there was an issue with my order, this Hardee's is usually on point with food quality, but today the bacon on the Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit was over cooked it was burnt and ruined the taste of the food. Bummer!

I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit Sausage & Egg Biscuit with cheese added. I got a sausage and cheese biscuit. I ordered a plain biscuit and got no jelly or jam.
I got no napkins. it seems many people are not doing their job. the biscuits are extremely dry. I will never order from Hardee's again. food no where worth the money!
