Asked for extra bbq sauce on my BBQ Pulled Pork Frisco Burger and they quadrupled the amount of sauce and it's almost unedible. I will not ask for extra sauce next time. :(

Food tasted good but I didn't get what I ordered. Bacon cheeseburger is supposed to be "a Quarter Pound 100% Angus beef patty topped with mayonnaise, bacon, melted American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sliced onions, all on a perfectly toasted Brioche-style bun." But when I customized to remove mayo and onion, then add extra lettuce, pickles, ketchup & mustard. I got a plain cheeseburger with way too much ketchup, pickles and lettuce. So I did not get bacon, tomatoes, or mustard... After looking at the receipt I can see why, my customizations didn't transfer to the ticket in an easily understandable way. If your employees can't understand how the customizations are printed in your system you need to change something. More training, change your door dash entries, something.

They need to be more consistent. There was only 1 inch of my Loaded omelette Biscuit that had meat on it. Sometimes it's great and nowthis is the third time it's been like this.

its good but dang they need to chill on the spicy seasoning. i like hot stuff but that much seasoning was so weird in my mouth. would get again tho
