This was the worst food I have ever gotten from here. I normally get the same things when I order or use the drive through and have to say the Loaded Omelet Biscuit was the worst I have ever seen. Barely anything on it at all!

So I ordered Hardee's today around lunch time. I know they were probably busy, but there is no excuse for me to have received this rubber chicken (first15 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ Box pic). I sent this exact pic to DoorDash, who immediately issued credits so I could reorder. I called Hardee's and the lady apologized profusely. About 15 to 20 minutes later, I received TWO HUGE orders of fresh cooked, HOT chicken! probably 30+ pieces. Thank you to the lady I spoke to for excellent customer service! 10/10 will order again.

The Hand-Breaded Chicken Biscuit Combo was burnt to all heck. It was so bad it tasted like Tobacco smells, and was visibly dark and smelled like literal ash. The Frisco Breakfast Sandwich® wasn't much better. It was so greasy it was dripping and had a very sour and bitter note to it (I know it's on sourdough, but even that isn't literally sour.) My mother had the Country Ham Biscuit and said the biscuit was charbroiled more than their burgers were supposed to be. Very disappointed.

I get breakfast at this Hardee's occasionally - drive-thru or door dash. The food has always been good, and good service with a smile. I love the big breakfast with the sausage gravy/biscuit/eggs/hash browns/sausage or bacon, or the pork chop and gravy biscuit, the hash browns, the coffee. I like this place.

All the food was freezing cold the potatoes I had a weird taste to the oil that they were fried in was not even a full portion of potato
