Everything is good at Hardee's. Quality is above average. Cost for everything is above average. Far better than most fast-food places.

the food was amazing but I don't drink coffee and I substituted it for a large diet coke and got the coffee instead. the food was fresh and I got the portions i asked for. I would order again but they got 4/5stars and an unhappy customer just of a drink

This was the worst meal I've had in a long time. First off, I asked for cream and sugar for the coffee, and got none. Without it, the coffee was so awful I couldn't drink it, although I drink my coffee at home black.
The wrap was so greasy I could barely get it down.
The biscuit sandwich would have been good if they hadn't salted the biscuit. Who salts a biscuit? I had to throw away half of the biscuit.
The biscuit was also far too greasy, but thanks to the salt, the grease barely registered.
The potatos were fine.

Didn't order both sandwiches with bacon & somehow bacon is on both & tomatoes are not at all good? Didn't get extra lettuce, or tomato, bag wasn't sealed either or drink. That does raise a very high concern of possible tampering. Skeptical about ordering again. I'll look back on this next time I decide on a late night place to order from. Not disappointed in the food itself, but not pleased or satisfied with the order not being completely right & getting non-sealed items leaving customers open to possible tampering issues. ;'/
