My order arrived on time and in packed in excellent condition. (Considering the distance from my house is less than 5 minutes by car.)
Onion rings, although not outta-the-fryer hot were warm/hot crunchy and delicious. My Superstar burger with cheese was also the right temp and put together and packed awesomely. No complaints here.

I got wrong item, ordered a prime rib burger combo and got a mushroom burger.  Both sodas on the order were pure soda water, no coke syrup in them.  The 5 piece hand breaded chicken is a third the size that they used to be.  This place has really gone down hill.

Did not get what I ordered. Ordered the 5 Piece - Spicy Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders Combo and received the regular tenders. The drink was supposed to be a large strawberry lemonade but received regular sized drink with regular lemonade which taste watered down. It's been a long time since I have had Hardee's and was disappointed trying it again

Took forever to make my order. Gave me a wrong drink, wrong sized Hash Rounds®, and didn't add cheese to my Country Fried Steak Biscuit Combo

Biscuits was super hard, hardly any gravy and hash browns were rocks
