I continually get great service and food quality when ordering. So glad that added "customization" option to the online menu.

The Sausage & Egg Biscuit Combo sandwich is usually great. But they missed the mark. I ordered around 7am thinking it would be fresh. The sausage was dry and old, maybe from day before, tasted old. The egg was was so thin and was tiny, poor portion, and the biscuit was undercooked. Hash browns were very good and fresh. Side of Gravy was ok, but so many big large pieces of sausage, left little room for actual gravy.
Almost ordered First Watch as price was similar. Think I'm done with Hardee's for a long while.

I normally enjoy Hardee's breakfast and i'm usually never disappointed with it but the Double Biscuit 'N' Gravy Combo I ordered was wrong it only came one Biscuit and a small thing of gravy. The hash rounds where cooked to a crisp to the point you could not eat them. The rest of the order Cinnamon Roll andSuper Bacon Biscuit Combo turned out okay but could have been better as my family stated to me.

Forgot a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, no creamer or sugar for coffee but somehow gave me 8 sets of utensils for one meal. Gravy was old and like wallpaper paste. Worst meal I have ever gotten from Hardee’s. Will be a long time before I order again. Where is management and quality control. Obviously took the day off.

2 orders in a row I got the wrong size Hash Rounds® , ordered a medium and got a small. Also ordered 2 Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit and got 1 sausage egg and cheese.
