The big Big Roast Beef sounded great. Very disappointed to have dasher text me to say they don't carry it.The Big BLT Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich was disappointing as well.It used to be a chicken breast fillet. It was just 2 small chicken tenders.

Out of part of order. Dasher messaged me for substitution and they did not follow those instructions either. Dasher also mentioned that they were not very helpful in person either and were not listening to her.

Burger & fries were both cold. No extra mayo as requested....actually no mayo at all, no tomato like it is supposed to have. The burger wasn't very good. They practically threw a patty, bacon (which didn't taste like candied bacon), & some cheese on sourdough bread. I probably won't order from Hardee's again or it will be a very long time if I ever so.

Did not receive milkshake or cinnamon rolls. The tater tots were hard and the brioche bun was not fresh tasting. Left a lot to be desired.
