The food is always hot and delicious but still after 4 orders with unsweet tea on each order, they still send sweet tea. Diabetics cannot drink sweetened drinks. I am unsure what their process is for filling orders but the drinks are always wrong and they, also, never include a straw.

They forgot my Hash Rounds® and the Biscuit 'N' Gravy™ and Sausage Biscuit were way too salty. This was after they gave my order to someone else and had to remake it.

The last 4 times I have ordered UNsweet tea, I get sweetened tea. Again this morning. Some really do not like sweet tea and some because of diabetes canNOT drink sweetened. They need to retrain these people or give them reading lessons. Gravy pork sandwiches…a little spoonful on the pork chop. I won’t do this again.

The three piece chicken tenders were ridiculously small. I've ordered this combo several times in the past and they've never been this small. RIDICULOUS! Not worth the 20+ dollars I spent.

We ordered two loaded omelette biscuits, and one pork chop gravy biscuit, a cup of coffee, large, and two orange juice. On the receipt, it shows sold out of orange juice and they brought us organic apple which was horrible The orange juice price was not taken off and I did not receive the large coffee so three items need to be deducted before they process my card....
