The mixed plate with ribs and sausage,collard greens yams , Large Lima Beans ,cornbread muffin was a meal really fit for a Queen.The meat is always tender. You will not be disappointed.
Note ask for extra BBQ sauce

The pork steak was delicious and literally falling off the bone ! The mashed potatoes were great with the addition of the gravy.Also the okra and tomatoes made it a good southern meal .Hot sauce packets were provided for pork. Generous portions so lots left for dinner! My only complaint is the sweet cornbread wish they had jalapeno cornbread instead.

This establishment never disappoints me. However today I ordered a two meat MIXED PLATE .I only received one meat.The cabbage and yams were very delicious.TheBANANA PUDDING finished off my meal and was very fulfilling.I highly recommend establishment.

I ordered the SPAGHETTI W/ MEAT SAUCE and two sides, one being mashed potatoes and the other potato salad. Spaghetti was delicious, just enough acidity but not sour, however it is a bit greasy. Mashed potatoes were good and thick like a real potato, not over mashed nor mushy. Potato salad was good. It came with cornbread and the flavor was good, just a bit dry. The FRIED OKRA (Thu) was freshly fried, crispy, and delicious. My problem was with the BANANA PUDDING. Horrible! No whipped cream, no real banana fruit pieces, and the "pudding" was dark and sticky as if it was caramel and not traditional vanilla pudding. They respect your portion sizes and give you a good amount for your dollar except that pudding. I would order food from this restaurant again, just maybe not the dessert!

this is truly a blessing from the Lord.
