We ordered the big bag of popcorn., which we order frequently. The bag arrived sealed, but when we opened it, the popcorn was stale and chewy. Unable to get anyone from Doordash or the vendor on the line to help. AI help offered me a $5 refund on a $12 bag of inedible popcorn.
