I had a pickup order. They didn't have any Mistics on hand. The woman at the register didn't said a thing and just let me walk out without any drinks even though I ordered 2. I came back in after realizing that I had no drinks with my order. I politely asked the lady "can I get the 2 drinks I ordered please" she just looked at me slightly annoyed and said we don't have those right now. No kind of alternative was offered whatsoever. After a few seconds of befuddlement, I said "sooo can I at least have 2 canned sodas or 2 water bottles then please?" She reluctantly handed me 2 water bottles. Food was good. Customer service wasn't terrible but mediocre at best.

I know normally Chicagoans get nervous about trying a new Harold's location but the Wing dinner (mild sauce, salt and pepper)i had was REALLY Good and fresh. pretty good sized wings too
id definitely order from here again just to see how it holds up with other items

In an effort to support a newly opened black business, I was eager to place an order. However, the food DID NOT meet my expectation. The chicken was NOT FRESH and had been refried and was tasteless. The fries were half done. This is unacceptable for a newly opened establishment! This food tasted NOTHING like the Harolds I'm used to. I will NOT be ordering from this location again.
