The chicken was so dry, black in the inside and old . I would never order from this location again . They didn't even try to make it right, I never say this but it was genuinely nasty. Please go to a real authentic Harold's. You can't even see who's making the food.

Food wasn't fresh. I ordered for pick up and consumed the food right away. This wasn't a delivery issue. The chicken appeared very dark which suggests that it was refried or fried too long.
It's a shame, the thing about Harold's is that you know you have to wait awhile for your food but they cook it to order. This virtual kitchen didn't.

Unfortunately, the chicken was cooked too hard very dark. It didn’t look fresh. The fried fish was disappointing. The only thing I got out of it was the fries were decent. I don’t think I’ll try it again.

chicken was dried out stale and poorly seasoned. tasted like it had been sitting there since yesterday. should have done Popeyes.
