As a former Chicagoian,I truly appreciate Harold's Chicken in Cedar Rapids for keeping the original recipe!! They have the best and value fresh chicken out here. I've been ordering from here since the soft opening and will continue to order from here.

Just had Harold's for the first time, and I got the catfish. All I can say is holy crap. They were absolutely huge, and had a great flavor. I also got an order of their okra and that was excellent also. None of it was over or under cooked. I definitely wasn't expecting that much for such a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it

Ordered 20 Wings with Lemon Pepper seasoning for $1 Wing Wednesday Special! With Large Fry with Mild sauce on top and on the side! Fast, Hot, And Nice size Portion! Just enough for my kids and I! It Was Delicious, and Plan on ordering every Wednesday! Five stars Hands Down!!

I ordered just for Yams but all of the food was good. Arrived sooner than estimated time and was hot. Fish was crispy still and fries were fine. I do not eat fries but if fries are your thing they're "Wendy's" style not "McDonalds" no shoestring. Mild sauce was of course what was expected, my yams were DEVINE and satisfied my yam craving without me making them today! Portions were enough for me to eat 2 times and still have leftover. Maybe not 2 meals for everyone definitely good size pieces of fish and yams were an individual portion but in a half pint container maybe? It was good - go eat there!

Food and deal was fantastic, I just wished since I got so much chicken they would've packed the fries separately instead of force burried under a 10 piece. I will be ordering again No Question. Freshness was very on point as well.
