Honestly some of the best fried chicken ive ever had. Always on point and the sides are equally tasty. Really great prices too.

The perch fish was good and seemed fresh. However, the wings were disappointing — they tasted old, were heavily over-breaded, and lacked seasoning. We were also not given the sauce that was supposed to come with them. The collard greens were listed as a side dish but were served in an extremely small cup, roughly the size of a baby condiment container (about 3 teaspoons). For nearly $100, the portion sizes and ov erall quality did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, this experience was not worth the price, and I would have chosen to spend that money elsewhere.

The quality has declined significantly. The amount of sauce is sparse, and the flavor is lacking. When I first started purchasing it tasted much like the original but it has morphed into something less desirable. This has happened three times. The previous two times my order was incorrect. I get they're very busy but the quality needs to remain consistent.

This was the worst meal I've had in a very long time. I was so excited to try Harold's. The chicken had no flavor and was dry as hell. I didn't know French fries could be dry but these were dry and crunchy. Like they were just remnants from the bottom of the basket. My meal came with Coleslaw. They gave me one ounce of coleslaw in a 2 ounce container and that was the best part of the meal...a whole 2 bites of coleslaw.

Harold's is genuinely the best fried chicken I've ever had. My boyfriend put me on and I'm so glad because everything about the place is great- quality is the same whether you order online or eat in. Employees are lovely every time. Sauces are soooo good and I've never had any issues with the food whatsoever.
